I recently read a fellow scrapbooker's blog that had posted what she thought was her best 13 layouts of 2009. Sounds like a scrap-lift to me. Here's some of my 2009 layouts and the ones I either had the most fun creating or what I think make my 2009 "Best of 2009" list(in no particular order).
